Checking in

Hello all!

I thought I would write a little post to check in. Life is slowly getting back to normal here at our house and I am quite thankful for that. I very much miss blogging and I am pleased to announce that I will be back next week after the holiday. I'm looking forward to getting back to a blogging routine!

Amidst all of the chaos, I've been trying to get some organizing done and projects completed. This includes re-doing my entire coupon organizing method and creating a printable binder organizer. This binder organizer when finished will be available to you, my readers, to print and use for FREE! 

On another note...my husband got a random "let's go to Walmart itch" tonight on our way home from dinner and thank goodness he did! They were taking an additional 50% off already marked clearance items. Holy smokes, right!? We ended up saving a record breaking amount (yes, we try and break our own records). ;) Our biggest ticket item was a 22 ft pool which at regular price would have cost us $700 but we paid $250! I was also able to stock up on camping gear, Christmas presents, kid's clothing for next summer, and gardening supplies. Phew! I am exhausted.

For us Oregon Duck fans, this is a big weekend! If you're going to the game, ENJOY and GO DUCKS!

It's also Labor Day weekend so please stay safe, especially if you'll be traveling. There won't be any coupon inserts in the paper this Sunday so kick back and relax.
