Did you miss this in August? You're in luck! Starting in November the free kid's haircuts at JCPenney salons will be offered EVERY Sunday! It's by appointment only and they will probably fill quickly so you'll want to make your appointments early.
For the month of October they'll be offering free haircuts to breast cancer survivors in honor of it being Breast Cancer Awareness month so spread the word!
